COOKING WITH NON ANIMAL PRODUCTS -Vegan and pure vegetarian doesn't have to be boring! Join me Esther at Esther's Manna House for a hands on demonstration and cooking session on making a tasty vegan meal. No cooking skills required - this class is suitable for all levels, including vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian and non-vegetarian participants. Not suitable for - Those suffering with nut allergy** In this session you will be given a cooking lesson on; 1. Bringing together spices (blending) and flavours of Indian cookery in a simplified way. 2. How to make a Main, 2 Side dishes, Breads, Rice dishes. 3. Learn how to prepare and bring together a full Vegan/Vegetarian/Indian meal. You will learn basic spices used in Indian cookery as well as their potential health benefits. How to blend various spices with different dishes. Cook a main dish (vegetarian or non vegetarian) Plus demo/cook bread (time allowing) Demo/taste GF/vegan Street food Dosa Sample some dips and chutneys. We do all prep, you are provided with an apron and plenty of soft and hot drinks throughout the session. So, come and learn together to make some tasty Vegan/GF/Vegetarian dishes and enjoy them afterwards by eating in at EMH whilst sharing your experience with fellow participants at the end of the class. Or simply take it home with you to share with family and friends (PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO BRING CONTAINERS WITH YOU) **Nut Allergy FSA describes Nut Allergy as nuts belonging to tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
